About Me

Meet Caroline

Registered Osteopath & Advanced Perrin Practitioner

Caroline is a dedicated and compassionate Osteopath who brings warmth, experience, and a deep understanding of the human body to her practice. After a successful career change, she graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2015 and has been committed ever since to helping people move and feel better.

With over 30 years as an Army Reservist, Caroline has a first-hand appreciation for the physical and mental demands placed on military personnel — and the importance of maintaining a strong, pain-free body. Her passion for health and wellbeing extends to her personal life too; she’s a keen runner who enjoys taking on endurance challenges, always staying active and inspired.

Caroline’s interest in complex health conditions led her to train in the Perrin Technique in 2019, a gentle manual therapy used to support those with ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Long Covid, and Fibromyalgia. Her dedication to this work has been recognised with a Gold Certificate for Excellence by Dr. Perrin himself, and in 2023 she qualified as an Advanced Perrin Practitioner.

Whether working with Perrin patients or providing general osteopathic care, Caroline offers thoughtful, individualised treatment with a grounded, empathetic approach.

The power of Ostepathy

The Perrin Technique

ME is such a debilitating condition — not just for our daughter, but for us as a family. We felt helpless, with nothing practical to offer in terms of treatment. That changed when we were recommended to Caroline. From the start, she took the time to explain the process thoroughly and set clear, realistic expectations. While our daughter’s journey is ongoing, we’ve already seen a noticeable improvement in her daily health, energy, and mood. For the first time in years, we feel genuinely hopeful about her future. We’re so grateful for the care, consistency, and support Caroline provides each week.
